Founded by Trav Southall and Amy Sutherland in 2021, we bring together tradition, passion, and innovation to create products that invite you to unwind, share, and savor life’s simple moments. Using only the finest ingredients, our spirits are crafted with care. Barrels play an integral part in what we do, and these are carefully sourced and recoopered in-house. The aging process brings out the rich, unique flavours we are known for.
